The short answer

What a connected launch system actually is

A connected launch system brings the major parts of a book launch into one organized place so they work together instead of living in separate files, templates, calendars, and tools.

For independent authors, the challenge is rarely a lack of information. It is keeping track of what happens next, what belongs where, and how all the moving pieces fit together.

ZPubHouse helps simplify that process by giving your launch structure, visibility, and continuity from one stage to the next.

The result is a launch experience that feels more organized, more connected, and much easier to manage.

The shape of a launch

What it feels like once you are inside

Five connected stages help move your book from preparation to promotion.

  1. Start with your book

Your launch begins with the book itself and the information that makes your project unique.

  2. Build your launch direction

Your plan helps organize the work ahead so you can focus on the right things at the right time.

  3. Use the tools for each stage

Your Launch Packs give you practical resources for outreach, reviews, promotion, content, and launch preparation.

  4. Keep the moving parts together

Your dates, milestones, and launch activity stay easier to follow as your launch moves forward.

  5. Move from preparation to visibility

Promotion becomes part of the launch journey, helping you move from getting ready to getting your book seen.

The things authors actually worry about

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

What is a connected launch system?

A connected launch system is one place where every part of a book launch knows about every other part: your book, your launch date, your plan, your templates, your content calendar and your promotion. Change one thing — your launch date, say — and everything else updates with it. It is the opposite of the usual setup, where a spreadsheet, a folder of downloads, a note app and a social scheduler each hold one piece and none of them talk.

I already have a spreadsheet and a folder of templates.

Then you already know the problem. The spreadsheet does not know your launch date moved, the templates do not know your book title, and neither of them will remind you that the reviewer you approached in March never replied. You are the thing holding them together, and that is unpaid work you are doing on top of writing.

I have not published yet. Is it too early?

No, and earlier is better. The plan is built from your launch date, so a book coming out in three months and a book that came out last year both fit. Authors arrive at every stage — manuscript finished but not registered, published but never properly launched, or relaunching with a new edition.

I cannot afford a whole system right now.

Then do not buy one. Every Launch Pack is sold on its own and is a finished piece of work the day you get it — start with the one that matches where your book actually is. The All-Access Launch Bundle costs less than buying all five separately, and monthly access opens the full connected system when you are ready for it.

I am not technical. Will I be able to use it?

It is a website you log into, and it tells you what to do next. There is nothing to install, nothing to connect and nothing to configure. If you can write a book, the hard part is behind you.

How is this different from a book launch checklist?

A checklist tells you what to do. It does not know your book, it does not move when your date moves, and it cannot write the email it is telling you to send. Everything in a connected launch system is already filled in with your book, and the promotion is attached to the same system rather than being the thing you still have to go and arrange.

How much does it cost?

Individual Launch Packs, the All-Access Launch Bundle and monthly access to the full Launch System are priced separately, and every figure is listed in plain text on our products and prices page. Professional services — copyright registration, publishing and promotion — are quoted for each book, because the work changes with the manuscript.

Before you start

What you need in front of you

  • Your manuscript. Finished or nearly finished. Zoe reads the whole thing, which is what makes everything afterwards yours rather than generic.

  • A launch date. Even a rough one. The entire plan counts down from it, and you can move it later without losing anything.

  • Your title and author name. However you want them to appear in print. Every template fills itself in with them from that moment on.

  • About an hour. That is the setup. After that the system tells you what is next rather than asking you to work it out.

Where to begin

Start where your book actually is

Your book and your launch date. That is the whole setup.

You do not have to decide about the whole system today. Look at what each piece costs, pick the one that matches the stage your book is at, and let the rest wait until you want it.
